My Interview On Bill Caskey’s 2X Podcast


In March of this year, I spoke at the HRO Summit 360 conference in Dallas, TX.

I presented on how to create a successful inbound lead generation strategy. Bill Caskey was also speaking at the conference. We had the chance to briefly chat about inbound and sales and marketing alignment. A couple weeks later we chatted over the phone to dig in a little bit more on this topic and record it for his 2X podcast.

I met Ryan during the time I served as the Director of Marketing at Employers Resource. In the professional employer organization and human resource outsourcing industry, it’s near impossible to talk growth and marketing without Ryan’s name coming up. And, the industry is better because of it.

We were lucky enough to attend one of his weekend workshops in Boca Raton, FL during a very strategic point on our company’s journey.
